On July 28, 2022, Aviat Networks, Inc. (“Aviat” or the “Company”) issued a press release with an open letter to shareholders (the “Shareholders”) of Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT) (“Ceragon”) requesting, among other things, that the Shareholders vote for the new independent directors proposed by Aviat at a special meeting of Ceragon shareholders, what Aviat called the June 27 (WE) / June 28 (Israel), 2022.
